  • Financial commitments (booking amount, allotment fees, construction-linked payments) begin only after RERA registration is obtained and communicated to buyers.
  • If RERA is delayed beyond a reasonable timeline, buyers have no financial exposure since no money has been paid.

Official pricing has not been disclosed by the developer at the pre-launch stage. Based on Neopolis market comparables and Sattva Lakeridge Phase 1's pricing trajectory, indicative estimates are:

  • 3 BHK: ₹4.5 Cr – ₹5.5 Cr
  • 3.5 BHK: ₹5.0 Cr – ₹6.0 Cr
  • 4 BHK Tower Corra: ₹7.5 Cr – ₹9.0 Cr

The exact possession date will be confirmed in the RERA filing and in the Agreement for Sale. Buyers should always refer to the RERA-registered possession date in their allotment agreement.
